I.S.O is the International Organisation for Standardisation, the worlds largest developer of international standards.
I.S.O 9001:2000 is one of the most popular of I.S.O's standards. It is concerned with quality management, and its requirements include the following:
- a set of procedures that cover all key processes in the business
- monitoring processes to ensure they are effective
- keeping adequate records
- checking output for defects, with appropriate corrective action where necessary
- regularly reviewing individual processes and the quality system itself for effectiveness
- facilitating continual improvement

Highgrove Cleaning Services is a registered corporate member of the British Institute of Cleaning Science, and its senior management are associate members.
In addition, Highgrove Cleaning Services is in the process of joining the Cleaning Operators Proficiency Certificate Scheme, enabling us to provide in-house BICSc accredited training to our operatives.
